Pork Satay with Peanut Sauce

My sister cooked it.. :)

Marinate the Pork in her secret satay mixture
Grill the pork


Wait until its cooked well or medium done

Don't Forget the Peanut Sauce


Easy to do Carbonara


"My favorite Carbonara"

Easy to do yet very delicious! My favorite :)
I use wheat pasta that is why its brownish


Ingredients:
Garlic
Onion
Mushroom
Ham/Bacon
Butter
Flour
Salt and Pepper
Pasta ( Fettucini or Spaghetti)


Boil Pasta until its cooked


Saute Ingredients: Garlic, Onion, Mushroom, Ham in Olive Oil


Add Rue Butter Mixture (Flour and Butter) and Milk and wait until its texture is consistent


MERIENDA time! Carbonara and Nachos!

Spicy Tuna Suprise





"Spicy Tuna Suprise"


I am so hungry, that I decided to cook a meal for me and my sister, but I am too lazy to find meat on the freezer and to busy to cook that long. So I decided to cook whatever I see in the pantry, and it I came up with this food. Its called Spicy Tuna Suprise because surprisingly its very tasty and spicy, and the cheese was not able to melt before I took the picture :))

Stuffed Porkchop with Honey Lemon Glaze and Asian Salad







"Stuffed Porkchop with Honey Lemon Glaze and Asian Salad"






Remove the bone of the Porkchop and Gently Cut the meat in half, creating a pocket. It may be frustrating if the meat rips, but do it slowly and gently with sharp knife and be careful in handling the knife


 Marinate the Porkchop with Salt, Pepper and Lemon before stuffing



Prepare the stuffing





Stuff it to the porkchop


Use toothpicks to fasten the porkchop with stuffing



Coat it with flour and egg


Fry it until its golden brown


Coat it with Honey Lemon Sauce




Asian Salad
Ingredients:

Romaine Salad Leaves
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Mandarin Oranges
Croutons


Dressing:

Orange Juice
Dijon Mustard
Honey
Balsamic Vinegar

"Spaghetti Olio"

I discovered how to cook Spaghetti Olio when I was watching TV.. 
It is very simple but it has a taste that you can't resist :)
I managed to finish cooking less than 15 minutes
